Common questions
A full HDR photo shoot starts at $125. Photo + drone is $225, a full media package with drone video and a 360° virtual tour is $349, and packages with floor plans or 3D printed house miniatures run $449–$549.
Every shoot — photos, drone, floor plans and virtual tours — is delivered by the next morning as a single online gallery ready for MLS upload, with no rush fee.
Every bundle includes HDR photos with sky replacement and an online delivery gallery, and each bundle includes everything in the one below it. Essentials ($125): 25–30 photos. Elevated ($225): 35–40 photos and adds FAA Part 107 drone aerial photos. Premier ($349): 45–50 photos and adds community photos, a Zillow-compatible 360° virtual tour, a 3D exterior scan and virtual staging. Signature ($449): 55–65 photos and adds 2D and 3D floor plans, twilight photos and a house walkthrough video. Elite ($549): up to 75 photos and adds 10 custom 3D-printed miniatures of the listing.
Nothing is due when you book. The invoice comes separately, and you pay after you've seen the photos and are happy with them. If a photo isn't right, it gets reshot or fixed at no charge.
Ridge Property Media serves Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Monument, Woodland Park, Fountain and Peyton. Locations outside that area are quoted individually before booking.
Yes. Ridge Property Media is FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured on every job, so drone aerials are legal and covered on your listing.
Yes. Vacant land and acreage are photographed mostly from the air with FAA Part 107 drone photos, plus ground photos. Examples in the portfolio include 612 Hunter Drive in Colorado Springs and Crystal Park near Manitou Springs. Land shoots are quoted individually before booking.
Yes. Approximate property lines can be drawn on drone photos, for land and for house listings, so buyers can see where the property sits. The lines are approximate and are not a survey.
